Reversed instances (~10 vs. rest of document), adjusted many messages, and text in the document to improve the overall language. Moved the weekly rounds to the front of the docs, and tried to structure the READMEs a bit better by basing it on some other existing structure.

Consolidated and connected information on ChallengeDF. As an example, the reward prizes were in #DeFI, but not in the main readme or the how-to for ChallengeDF. So I put it into the main ChallengeDF readme, and improved the links around it.

Restructured a lot of the docs, renamed them to be easier to follow, and tried to simplify in many places due to a lot of repeated-concepts... There is still a lot of duplication and redundancy between the DF docs (technical) and the How-Tos (tutorials). More to come.
