Troy McConaghy	8ab5d7b8a2	Clarified and copy-edited some of README.md ... - Made it clear that the default node type is `nile`, i.e. using the Nile Testnet (in three places). - Made a link to our docs about the Kovan Testnet, to parallel the link to our docs about the Nile Testnet.
