6132238302 Remove superstatic package 
Install and uninstalling superstatic doesn't work on Node 8 at the time of
writing:

    $ npm install -D superstatic@6
    npm ERR! code ENOTSUP

This commit removes the package (using Node 6!) and it will have to be replaced.
