Remove unused components (#7191) 
* Remove unused sendWarnings

The send warnings state and associated component is no longer used
anywhere.

* Remove unused subtitleParams

The `subtitleParams` SendHeader prop was being ignored. It has been
removed, along with associated selectors and tests.
