Info sharing updates; cookie blockers; typos.

Privacy policy changes:

1. Changes to "How information is shared" section: These changes will allow us to share information with IPDB, including telling them to add you to the test network.

2. Cookie blocker recommendations: We changed our personal favorite cookie blocking plugins and then we updated our recommendations.

3. Typos: We all make 'em.
