- Remove commands that were not required.
- export-my-pubkey
- set-shards
- set-replicas
- add-replicas
- remove-replicas
- Update bigchaindb --help, usage description
- Re-enable tests
- Update docker-compose.travis.yml and Dockerfile for travis
because some env variables are not needed
