Introduction
============

This is a throwaway branch to set up easily testable uploads for
[AD-1383](https://ascribe.atlassian.net/browse/AD-1383).

The main web app has been stripped down to just be a test
runner for uploads. To add more tests, see
[getUploadTests](https://github.com/ascribe/onion/blob/AD-1383-test-uploads-different-locations/js/components/ascribe_forms/form_register_piece.js#L80).
